Fee of San Diego, Calif. Ae Suk Lee, a notary public, officiated at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Fla., in a ceremony led by Judge Joseph F. Bianco of Federal District Court in Central Islip, N.Y.

Whitener of Asheville, N.C., was married Saturday evening in Edisto Island, S.C., to Peter John Tecklenburg, a son of Nancy Bloodgood and Dr. Frederick W. Tecklenburg, both of Charleston, S.C. The Rev. Dr. Terence K. Fleming performed the ceremony at the Roman Catholic Church of St. Frederick and St. Stephen.
